The New Prison is launched

On the 1st June the Chief Minister launched the new prison in front of a Group of local and Spanish journalists who were keen to find out what the installations of the prison had to offer.

The Minister of Justice Daniel Feetham was also present, as were authorities of the Prison and persons responsible for the construction of the prison, who were congratulated by the Chief Minister for a job well done!

After the speech there was a tour of the modern installations and even though everything looked appropriate the coldness of what one expects from a prison was very palpable.
